About Surge
Surge Affiliate Marketing is run by operators who have built programs in-house at brands, managed agency rosters, and recruited the publishers who actually drive revenue. We work as an extension of your team — never a vendor.
Affiliate marketing has a credibility problem. Too many programs are run on autopilot, optimizing the same coupon publishers month after month, calling that "growth". Our founders started Surge to be the opposite — a senior, hands-on team that pressure-tests every dollar against incrementality and only counts what actually drives the business forward.
We are a two-hub team by design. With offices in Los Angeles and Salt Lake City, we sit close to the creator economy on the coast and the outdoor / wellness / DTC brand clusters of the Mountain West — where modern affiliate works hardest.
